In the Atlanta area... indoors or out, my studio or your back yard... a portrait shoot session ranges from $150 to $250, depending on the number of lighting and camera setups. Prints run from $2 to $10 each, depending on size (from 4X6 to 16X20). A CD or DVD including all the shots from the session is free.

I use a Nikon D300 with an excellent f2.8 17-55mm zoom lens. For a slightly different, more filmic look, I also have a Pentax 67 medium format camera with three lenses.
