William, 14, lives in the farming village of Dos Bois Pin, Haiti with his family.  I’ve been his sponsor through Save The Children for the last two years.  Early in my sponsorship, I sent him a Polaroid camera with lots of film, hoping he would develop an interest in photography and see his world in a fresh way through a lens. These are his early photos, when the box arrived at his home. 

    I send him about ten packs of film every three months or so; the box usually gets to him three months later!  As he sends me more work, I’ll post it here.       

   Save The Children does a great job, and they’re very open to new ideas for enriching the lives of kids in need.
